Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

Customer Need

Following the devastating wildfire that affected the Jasper region, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge began an extensive recovery and rebuilding effort. Although several structures on the property were lost, other facilities sustained smoke and fire-related damage requiring remediation and restoration.

The golf clubhouse was among the facilities affected. While repairs were underway, the resort needed a temporary kitchen capable of supporting daily food and beverage operations throughout the busy summer and golf season. The solution needed to be deployed quickly, operate reliably in a remote resort setting, and provide the commercial capabilities necessary to serve golfers, resort guests, tournament participants, and other visitors.

Solution

Mobile Kitchens Canada supplied a fully equipped 28' mobile kitchen trailer to serve as the golf clubhouse’s temporary food production facility throughout the restoration project.

The unit provided commercial cooking equipment, food preparation areas, refrigeration, and cold-storage capabilities. Its placement near the clubhouse allowed culinary staff to maintain convenient access to the temporary kitchen while repairs and remediation continued inside the permanent facility.

Mobile Kitchens Canada coordinated delivery, installation, commissioning, staff orientation, and ongoing technical support. The temporary kitchen remained in operation from April through October 2025, supporting consistent food service throughout the resort’s summer season.
